In a market place where companies strive to keep ahead of their competitors and meet customer needs, crafting new specialized products can help keep ranges fresh and relevant. Food ranges for the health conscious consumer are increasing in terms of shelf space and market share.
I particularly enjoy working with entrepreneurial companies, helping them to scope out and shape new product development opportunities. Projects I’ve worked on range from formulating healthy sandwich ranges, vegetarian foods, snack products and yoghurts for particular life-stages.
I have a personal passion for researching available healthy food products globally and want to deepen my knowledge of ingredients and foods by travelling to Asian countries in particular in the next few years.
